When you accept an order, you will receive an email with confirmation of your acceptance and the order's details. However, there is a delay between your acceptance and the order's status change from Available to Ready (around ten minutes) while the customer's card is charged. This is normal! If there's a problem with payment, the order will be moved to the Payment Error area.
